Dr. Randal O’Brien

I am honored to serve this community alongside the Baytown Chamber of Commerce as its primary purpose of creating vibrant business opportunities that directly benefit Goose Creek CISD and our greater Baytown community. The Chamber’s dedication to enhance economic development and improve quality of life aligns with our district’s mission to develop and enhance each learner’s intellectual, social, and emotional well-being. Through their support of local businesses and community events, the Baytown Chamber not only strengthens our local economy but also enriches the lives of our families, students, and staff. We are truly appreciative of this great partnership and look forward to many more years of shared success growing Giants.
