I am third generation to the Baytown area and have strong ties to the local community. I started my State Farm Agency in January 2008 with myself and two team members. With the support of the local community, civic organizations, and businesses, I have grown to a staff of 14 team members. I have learned through my peers that to be truly successful and blessed, you need to be a part of your community and give back. I have been a member of the Baytown Chamber since 2008, and it is an important part of my success and my contributing back to the community. The Chamber not only helps represent the businesses but creates an atmosphere for local businesses to help local businesses. It is not something you just join and get paid, it is something you join, participate in and help yourself and others. One of the things I am most proud of is the fourteen people that have a good job because of my business, and the chamber is an important part of making this a reality. It is one thing to be successful, it is another to help others be successful also.
