What is the Young Professionals Committe?

The Baytown Chamber of Commerce started the Young Professionals Council with the mission to enhance leadership skills while building relationships to create the next generation of leaders within the community and the Chamber.

Criteria & Expectations

• Young Professionals Committee Application form is to be filled out and returned to the Membership Director.
• Young Professional must be 40 and under.
• Young Professional needs to be able to make a full year commitment to the program.
• Young Professional has to have ability and flexibility to attend the monthly meeting, as some tours may run over 1hr, during the work day with support of employer.

Committee Meetings

Committee Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 9 a.m. at the Chamber Office. The meetings will serve to educate with community organizations, leaders, etc. The last portion of the meetings will be allotted to networking and to share what is going on in the community. There is no cost to being on the Young Professionals Committee.
